About us

ONP is a response to the growing challenges facing the performing arts and the changes taking place in our society. This structure embodies a deep commitment to renewed creative, production and distribution practices, more in tune with societal changes and the transformations of the territories in which we live.

Our priorities are :

- Support strong, unique and interdisciplinary artistic approaches.

- Develop international cooperation circuits and European networks to enhance the international impact of our work.

- Extend the creation and dissemination processes to give artists the time and space they need to experiment.

- Exploring and questioning economic models to ensure sustainable practices. Reinventing production methods to encourage inclusiveness, diversity and sustainability in artistic projects.

Bérénice Masset
Coordinator

Trained in cultural management and production, Bérénice worked for eight years as production manager of the Théâtre d'Un Jour, where she devoted herself to producing and presenting interdisciplinary shows (large-scale productions) in theatres, big tops and public spaces. There she developed national and international expertise.

She then took part in the creation, with Aires Libres, La Chaufferie-Acte 1 and ULg-Segefa, of the ‘Arts Vivants en Espace Public’ programme, for which she became project manager. That same year, she joined the team at the Rideau de Bruxelles, where she is in charge of production and the development of the ‘Distribution’ department. She has worked with a number of different artists (Ilyas Mettioui/Compagnie Le Boréal, Greta Fjellman and Maïa Blondeau, Compagnie Canicule, etc.).

She was a member of the Commission des arts du cirque, forains et de la rue and then vice-president of the Session Interdisciplinaire (Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles). She was also administrator of the CCTA - Chambre des Compagnies Théâtrales pour adultes.

In 2019, she took part in setting up the project ‘La Deuxième Scène’ / Ecarlate La Compagnie, a project on the representativeness of women in the performing arts sector in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.

Since 2024 she has been working with ‘La Chaufferie-Acte 1’ as a trainer.
